These terms and conditions apply to the IT2 Referral Scheme. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
The IT2 Referral Scheme is available to eligible individuals and organisations making a genuine introduction to a prospective IT2 client.
Referrals should be for organisations that:
IT2 reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the eligibility criteria.
2. Referral Limit
Each individual or organisation participating in the Referral Scheme may submit a maximum of four eligible referrals per calendar month.
Each referral must relate to a different organisation or company. Multiple contacts from the same organisation, group or company will be treated as a single referral and will not qualify for additional referral rewards.
3. Valid Referrals
To qualify as a valid referral:
IT2 will determine whether a referral qualifies under the scheme.
4. £50 Amazon Gift Card
For each referral that meets the eligibility requirements of the scheme, IT2 will provide the referrer with a £50 Amazon gift card as a token of appreciation.
A maximum of one £50 Amazon gift card will be issued for each eligible referred organisation, regardless of how many contacts are provided from that organisation.
The maximum number of £50 Amazon gift cards available to any participant is therefore four per calendar month, subject to all four referrals meeting the eligibility requirements.
The gift card has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for another reward.
5. £1,000 Client Referral Reward
Where an eligible referred organisation subsequently becomes an IT2 client, the referrer may qualify for an additional £1,000 referral reward.

Where payment is made directly to the referrer, the referrer is responsible for any personal or business tax liabilities arising from receipt of the payment.
6. Duplicate Referrals
Where the same organisation is referred by more than one person, the referral received and recorded first by IT2 will normally be treated as the qualifying referral.
IT2’s records will be used to determine the date and order in which referrals were received.
7. Referral Consent and Data Protection
Referrers should only provide business contact information that they are entitled to share.
Where appropriate, the referrer should make the prospective contact aware that their details are being passed to IT2 and that IT2 may contact them regarding its services.
Any personal information received through the Referral Scheme will be handled in accordance with IT2’s applicable privacy and data protection policies.

IT2 reserves the right to reject referrals that are incomplete, duplicated, inappropriate, fraudulent or do not meet the eligibility requirements.
IT2 also reserves the right to withhold a reward where it reasonably believes the Referral Scheme has been misused or where a referral has been submitted primarily for the purpose of obtaining a reward rather than making a genuine business introduction.
10. Changes to the Referral Scheme
IT2 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Scheme and these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will not affect rewards that have already become payable under these terms before the date of the change.
11. General
Participation in the Referral Scheme does not create an employment, agency, partnership or representative relationship between the referrer and IT2.
IT2’s decision regarding referral eligibility and the payment or provision of rewards will be final, subject to applicable law, governed by the laws of England and Wales.
